Hi there!
I am looking for stabling for my girlfriend's horse. She has had this horse for over 2 years, and has the most amazing relationship with him. His name is Popeye, and I've spent time with him and this horse is so intelligent, witty and playful it's hard to see him as a horse.
However, he was born blind in one eye, and now his second eye is beginning to lose it's sight. We don't know exactly when he's going to lose his sight, but this is destroying my girlfriend. I love her, and I determined to find a way of making sure she still has access to her horse. She has plans to send him to Equines Rest Equestrian Centre near Wellington, but she wouldn't have any time to visit him as regularly as she'd want to, as she's in her last year of school and stays at her school's hostel. I would like to find stabling much closer to her home in Simons Town.
Please, if there's anyone in noordhoek, constantia, or anywhere relatively close that can suggest a place for stabling a horse, or suggest someone else who might know and give me their contact details, I would be eternally grateful.
I will do what I have to, to find a place suitable for my girlfriend's horse.
