but assisting in teaching you to keep you and your loved ones safe too.
We offer an easy to understand Self Defence Course that gives you the basic tools to defend
yourself in a compromising situation. Small classes (4 -6 people) provide a safe
and friendly environment to learn.
***MOTHERS MONTH SPECIAL FOR MAY***
Book a group session (4 – 6 people per group) to START anytime in May
and every member that brings their mom or gran with, only pays ½ price for them. i.e you pay R450 and your mom/gran only pays R225
4 WEEK BASIC SELF DEFENCE COURSE
• Cost: R450 per person per course (Minimum booking of 4 people) Payable at beginning of course in full
• Lessons: 1 hour per lesson - (1 lesson p/week over 4 weeks but can possibly be adjusted to 2 x 1 hour lessons p/week over 2 weeks)
• Where: Anywhere in the Southern Suburbs, as long as we have space for up to 8 people
• Time: We can work around what suits you as best as possible.
Basic Course includes:
Escapes from grabs and chokes, Basic disarming techniques, etc
[ ADDITIONAL NOTE/ SWEETENER:
The person booking the course for a group gets 10% of the booking fee (after expenses) back in cash for making and paying the booking in full at the beginning of the course, and for any other bookings they place and ensure payment for.
