We are offering a live in position to a capable man or woman who wishes to work with horses. They must have good to excellent riding skills, have competed to a reasonable level in dressage or showjumping, knowledge and patience with young horses and have worked with foals and been actively involved in the backing process. Must love the outdoors, farm life and all it entails. Must have some veterinary knowledge and sound stable management skills. Have an understanding of nutrition and be able to plan and place orders and keep records. Driving license essential, trucking license preferred. Must have good listening skills and act on instructions as well as give them and be willing to learn. Must be flexible when necessary, able to run the farm and staff efficiently and take responsibility.
