We are desperately looking to rehome or adopt a pony or 2
Pony woudl be used for remedial riding. Basically just walk/ trot on and off the lead rein.
I have 4 "special angels" who suffer from low muscle tone and more serious problems. We use riding as a method of therapy for them. the pony we where given to use unfortunately passed away this week and we are all so heartbroken. the other pony we have is not suitable. Because each parent pays a basic minimal fee towards upkeep and feeed of the ponies. I am unable to just go out and buy ponies.
I am hoping there might be a suitable semi retired pony standing feeling neglected as his rider has moved on, who would love tons of attention and minimum amount of work. these kiddies ride for 10 - 15 mins, then stretch and excercise 5 - 10 mins then spend the rest of the afternoon fussing, grooming, loving the ponies.
A fantastic home would be offered to a pony coming to us. References available about our yard in Tsitsikamma
