Isabell Werth, Germany's World Dressage Champion and her trainer Dr Uwe Schulten Baumer worked with Ron and Ken Bates of Bates Australia to develop a radically different Dressage saddle. In Isabell's opinion "a saddle has to sit as close to the horse as possible to get optimal influence from the rider. To sit deep into the horse is very important.
