SELF DEFENCE COURSE - HELP YOURSELF, HELP OTHERS
Eugene Bawden, (A Virgin Active personal trainer with 15 years Martial Arts experience) is offering a 4 week basic Self Defence Course.
THE AIM OF THIS COURSE IS TO EMBUE ALL THE SKILLS NEEDED TO DEFENED ONESELF IN AN EVER MORE VIOLENT WORLD, AS WELL AS ENDEVOURING TO RAISE MONEY FOR ST MICHAEL’S HOME, WHICH PROVIDES TREATMENT AND CARE FOR TEENAGE WOMEN WHO ARE VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE AND ABUSE
COST:
R400 PER PERSON, OF WHICH R80 GOES TO ST MICHAEL’S HOME
***SPECIAL MOTHERS DAY OFFER***
Sign youself and your mom up together for the May course, and only pay R600 (R300 each)
OPTION A- at Virgin Active Constantia on a Sat @ 11am
This option is for everyone who either belongs to Virgin Active, Constantia or has a premier membership.
OPTION B - at Phoenix Lounge, Claremont on a Sat @ 1pm
This is an alternative venue and does NOT require a Virgin Active membership.Phoenix Lounge (formally Wadda), Stegman rd claremont (Next to Lizards)
