Yes, it does sound lovely and by mention of the dunes, I presume that this is Ottery/Phillipi area? Can you post some pics possibly? Would LOVE to see what it looks like! Are there grass paddocks?

Currently growing grass in some of the paddocks.... Yes we are in Philippi. Very rustic, as yard has not been used in 10 years, but it has started to come together nicely.
