*Stabling wanted, southern suburbs* Urgent!

I'm studying at UCT this year and i need a place for my horse to stay.
I need as big a paddocks as possible and an arena nearby.

My horse is a 16h WB gelding who is really easy going, he's currently living out in summer and in in winter and he's in a massive paddock (about 5h) so i want to try make this really hectic transition as easy as possible for him. He doesn't eat many concentrates and has impeccable manners.

I'm competing in 1.30m so good facilities are a necessity.
I can only afford about R3000 a month,
If you know of something please let me know, I'd like to come look early this week.
Will be living in Tokai so any area around there. (Constantia, Hout Bay, even Noordhoek)

It would need to be from the 1st feb (well lectures start 8th so maybe around the 6th feb)

Hey Lizzy, you would be lucky to find a spot in any of these areas for the price you want (with or without big paddocks) Have you considered Phillipi area, there are a few yards there that have a lot of space and good facilities.

Umm I'll try find out if anything is open in Noordhoek. But got these 2 ads on email...

Stabling available in Valley Rd , Hout Bay . Small private yard with Jumping and lunge arenas. Grass paddocks. Direct access to River rides and next door to Glenellen Show Grounds.

VRA is a LOT closer than Noordhoek if you are staying anywhere in the SS. And they are quick and easy to get to.
