Eugene has recently moved from Claremont Planet Fitness to Constantia Virgin Active. We had a chat and he is more then happy to tailor-make a training regime to fit horseriders to work key points and riding strength.

I am 100% happy to endorse Eugene. He happens to also be my massage therapist and is a truly brilliant human being. Definitely worth a call to set up a assessment.
