Pet friendly - with a little garden (I have 2 kitties that to-date have been indoor kitties, but would love a little patch of grass to play 'Stalkers-in-the-grass')...
Willing to spent between R3000.00/R4000.00 (the upper limits to hopefully include water/lights) - but I'm neg.
If anyone has anything remotely sounding like this - please contact me via PM and will pass on your details. At the moment, the need to move (rent where she is currently is going up, and the place is simply NOT worth that sort of money) is more important that sticking to a regimented lists of desires
