A friend of mine has a gorgeous golden Lab that is not fitting in on the farm. He is a year old. Loves other dogs and large stock like cattle and horses but does not like cats, chickens and sheep. He is in Vereeniging at the moment. 80km from JHB. He just needs allot of attention and they both work on the farm so time is limited for them.

What does he do with the cats? I live on a 1 hect. plot in pretoria east, but have two cats....

He did not grow up with cats but he was okay with them. He chased them in the beginning but now he just checks them out.... he will chase the kitties every now and then but he has never bitten or even tried. Honestly they are desperate to find him a loving home but I would not chance him around cats as he might juts draw blood in him playfulness. He just needs allot of attention. I could also foster and if he works out keep him permanently, problem is I don't want it to not work out and then sit with trying to find him a home....
I am interrested. Do you have pictures of him?
