R2600 at the moment - includes 2 concentrate feeds a day, oathay ( she often adds teff if avail or if she thinks they need it when their coats change or really cold weather) She does the feeds herself to ensure each one get's it's suppliments(supp for owners expence) 1 groom per 4-5 horses. Add a few rands a month and she'll give the odd bute or any other non-vet prescribes meds for the odd weepy eye/bumps and bruises(of which our TB have many-silly boy that he is) She'll arrange vets/farrier/dentists - even had a lazer accupunture therapist there recently. She gives lessons but other instructers are also welcome. There's quite a few competitive riders and she helps with show preparation and turn-out advise. There's also quite a few "ancient" horses that roam the farm.... I'm really happy becuase she looks after our horses so well - that's the most important.

LouiseBella - I think so but every yard has it's own "vibe" and everywhere has pro and cons. I love getting advise and to learn from the others at the yard....others might not apreciate that...

I can vouch for Sansi's "yard". It is awesome. The horses are fat happy and healthy, they have an amazing herd structure. It is really peacefull and just has a general awesome vibe. Facilities are really good. I was honestly amazed to see how well the horses have come through this winter. They look fantastic.
