Looking for stabling for one horse.
Essential requirements: teff available all year round, full time groom, someone who can feed supplements reliably, secure tack room, single paddocks

Michy Cheval in Phillipi has recently changed hands to a lady called Vicky ward. She is a very good stable manager. Charges R2400 per month. Unfortunatly i dont know about the teff though.
Then Linda Mohr, unfortunatly not single paddocks but very good yard in all other aspects.
There is a lady called Silke who has stabling in upper Constantia, a quiet small yard with 4 stables, feed room tack room, arena (lunge and dressage) and on request individual paddocks. She has quite a big storage shed so may be able to stock teff year round. She charges R3300 last i spoke to her.
Unforutnatly i dont have her number but Jenny haytread does.
Hope you find the ideal yard soon

Linda Mohr has stunning single grass paddocks and they are either poles or electric paddocks. I stable there,I can not see a problem getting you teff, she has done it for other horses.

Thanks Yoda. I've considered Lamb's place in the past and it's so stunning. I've moved house since I last looked, so now it's closer for me to get to her yard. I must find out the cost of stabling now, and about the teff availability year-round.

Yip...also stable there.
No offence to others in the area but it's really the best option , especially space wise.
Horses come first and they are all really chilled out there....we also have alots of fun.
At the moment, the vlei is just about full so quite funny when you ride thorugh to have ducks swim past you!

Oh i loved the yard in Phillipi, i did 2 Jono Clarke clinics and Mona stayed over. WOW what a nice yard. I would stable there.
