Exercise Rider Wanted - CT

I am looking for a competent and kind rider to help me out with exercising/hacking out one of our horses on a full time and indefinite basis.

He is a lovely large gelding with a super temperament, but has a large stride and can be quite forward going, which can be unsettling to inexperienced riders.

I would prefer some-one who can ride somewhat flexible hours during the day, but this isn't essential.

Yard is in Constantia with wonderful access to outrides. He is available for hacking out and possibly flatwork schooling/lesson once or twice a week.

Please advise if you have found a rider for your thoroughbred. I am a very compitent rider that has my own thoroughbred in jhb but I have recenctly moved to the cape. I have sucessfully competed in equitation, showjumping and dressage.

I believe in working with the horse to get results where both horse and rider remain comfortable and only gain confidence.
