Right i would like to try this - My 8 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback is needing a new home as we have emigrated and there is no way that she can come across as she has a perpetual injury to her nose. - she has had this all her life, burnt her nose on cement when she was 4 months and now has a constant crack in her nose- doesnt hurt her at all but authorities deem it as being to suseptible to infection to come across.
here are the cons. She is prematurely grey has been grey since 5. She is petrified of storms. Hates Kennels - needs to live inside, Racist except for people that you introduce her too. She is not good with other dogs unless introduce really slowly. she HATES CATS and HADIDAAS. Not good with children, unless introduced really slowly and the children dont bother her. Hips give her some trouble but the vet and X rays say that she is perfect, just getting old
Pros. Sleeps ALL Day. Walks on the lead rather nicely, Is the most affectionate dog you will meet. knows some party tricks. WILL DEFEND YOU WITH HER LIFE. She is a great guard dog, and Everyone is scare of her. Doesnt need much outside space. IS the most house trained dog you could ask for.
She is an awesome dog with a great personallity and will guard you at all times, she is not the easiest of dogs and needs alot of mental maintainence.
