look at hardware stores or places that sell wooden stuff. Get poles that are 3m in lenght and paint them yourself.

thanks macluke! to think about it.. we have a whole lot of poles here as well not sure if they are 3m though

well you can check the sizes and make short poles for skinny jumps and if you got 3 poles that are like just short of 3m that's fine. You just got to have same lenth poles for the same jump.
