I've already done research on them. They are quite heavy 2000kg but are nice and big. There are three models in SA available in July the Comfort S, Master S and XL they are R89 900, R99 900 and R124 000

sjoe, thats quite expensive. We got a very bad deal on a horsebox built by a small company last year and I would personally never buy a box from an unknown company again. not saying these guys will do the same, just that I wont be burned twice

They are imported, hence the imported prices...

Ahaaaa. Have you seen one Millies?
I personally would LOVE one of those fancy smanchy Alustar ones: what is the big one called again? If I remember from last year's horse fest, it would knock around R150 000 out your pocket.

Yes, indeed, Bockman is the biggest selling trailer in Europe - very much like the Alustar or Maximus you frequently see here. But, then again I would love one of the Bockman trucks. Man, those are something special. One day, one day....

Have to agree with you, one day when I'm all growed upped, I would love little truck. Even if I can only fit 5 or 6 horses. Love those!!

We saw one of the boxes on show at the Firlands dressage. Very nice, good quality. I would buy one. Price isn't too bad considering they are imported. According to the sales guy, the prices range from about R55,000 and up.
For interest sake, the sales rep here in Somerset West is also a direct contact for importing semen from the Bockmann warmblood stallions. They have a dvd and brochure of the stallions - some VERY nice horses
