Hi all,
Have a young horse you want to teach some basic groundwork manners to ? A problem loader ? Or even a very nice horse who is just a bit strong on the ground or doesn't seem to know where his boundaries are ?
For anyone interested in the Monty Roberts / Kelly Marks methodologies of Join-Up and Intelligent Horsemanship, we are bringing out an Intelligent Horsemanship Recommended Associate with the Kelly Marks tour in December. Her name is Suzanne Marshall and she will be offering 1-day groundwork clinics in both Johannesburg and Cape Town.
We will be looking at Join-Up, issues like personal space and boundary setting, controlling your horse's feet and generally working to establish and improve channels of communication.
The date for the Johannesburg clinic is:-
Thursday, 29 November
The date for the Cape Town clinic is:-
Wednesday, 5 December
Fees are R500 per day.
I have posted some information about Suzanne on www.intelligenthorsemanship.co.za. Places are limited to 8 pairs of horses and riders, so please let me know a.s.a.p. if you would like to book a place.
