I have a friend moving to PE soon, she will be taking with her a competition horse and a pony. She is looking for a competition livery yard, with an in house or regular instructor for her and her daughter at least 3 x a week... Preferably with brick stables, dressage and jumping areanas. What does this type of livery go for in PE and what yards would be suggested. She is only interested in the good ones with fantastic care not any fly by nights.

Freckles I have been out of PE for sometime now and because my friend is coming from overseas I thought I would email some contact numbers to her. She mentioned requirements over the phone, obviously as near as possible would be considered. Do you know of any yards you would suggest. The only one "I" would suggest is full.

The closest that u will come to those requirements is golden circle.they hav 40 brick stables with automatic water systems.about 10 full time grooms and 2 jumping areanas 1 dressage arena 1 free jumping arena and a lunge arena.the yard manager lives on the property.they are situated across the road frm the pe riding club.there is a top instructor that gives lessons there daily.the only downfall is the sand paddocks.they are 1600 a month for full livery. It is a very nice competition yard.i used to stable there 4 a few years b4 i sold my horse
