Is there a yard in Constantia \ Tokai \ Hout Bay \ Noordhoek (in that order of preference) that charges less than R1500 per month?
If so - where and do they have stabling AVAILABLE?
I saw an ad up for someone looking for those areas looking to pay max of R1200 and I nearly fell over laughing - but then stopped and thought hey there might be something I don"t know about.

Heehee, joining you on the laughing there Rigs. Maybe she could find a place with part livery or DIY for that, but certainly not full livery.
I am most in touch with prices in Constantia and Tokai, and for full livery they start at around R2800 if you are really lucky or if the place is dodge. Not certain on the Hout Bay and Noordhoek cheaper yards though.

Unless you are prepared to do some kind of DIY, there is no way you will find a yard for R1200. Even then yards that offer stabling for those prices will expect you to buy your own food and possibly shavings, so before you know it, you are spending in the region of R2000 + anyway, and probably doing a great deal of work.
Hout Bay prices seem to be from R2500 upwards for standard livery, generally increasing with more facilities/care.

heheh counts blessings for our yard *smirk* *pokes tongue out at you lot* hehehehe Thanks Michy/ Bee - I'll go mail her now and let her know that it's POSSIBLE she may only find somewhat lacking yards or DIY or HALF lease at that price in those areas  Noordhoek? I was thinking not much less than R1800 if you can find anything that low? |

heheh Laddles I did actually mention the yard as the only 'cheaper' option I could think of - just wasn't sure how out of the way it was for this lady. So we'll see. I've asked her to let me know should she be informed of anything 'cos I'll bet others want to know too |
