And getting the power to the arena lights fixed, winter evenings are just too short to ride!

oh wow.. there is nothing I would CHANGE maybe that I owned or stayed closer. lol.. but if i could ADD I would say..

umm a indoor big rubber chip arena. and a grass paaddock 4 my horse.. otherwise NOTHING its got everything else!!! yeah!
