What would you change about livery yards? About the rules? What don't you like about them?

The livery Yard where wild is stabled.... well I could write a full novel on what I would change. But for starters - I would insist on a Yard manager and try get rid of the grooms that are repeatedly drunk over the weekend!

Make sure that there is a rule that says, just because my stuff lives in the tack room, doesnt mean you can borrow it without asking, or indefinitely!
Oh and my horses food is my horses food, not your horses or the other girls horses or even the owners horses food, its my horses food, so feed it to my horse.
Those are probably my pet hates, and both have cropped up on occassion. Fortunately I am not in this situation anymore!

There's not much I would change about my yard. I love it so much, we've got a fantastic group of livery clients, we all respect eachothers stuff and it's just a whole good vibe. Though I wish it wasn't such a long walk across the greenbelt to Daze's stable.

Because it's not a real livery yard, it's a farm! And I can't change allot of things I would only like to have a decent jumping arena!

If I could change anything it would be that YO's should NOT be allowed to get pregnant! Lol. The last 3 YO's we've had (and in the space of 4 years) have had kids... 2 left because of that.

I would fire the idiot groom who doesnt do anything right!! He just stands there and pretends to be working. The other day he was to lazy to walk to the furtherest stable and fill up his water, so he just left it!!! GRRRRRRRRR...

I wouldn't change anything, mine horses have been with the same person for 9 years and I have never had a problem. I'm in London, so can't do much anyway, but I know they are looked after very well and love it there.

I'd buy Emmarentia park and build a yard there so I could see my horses without driving an hour and a half every day each way.

Nothing.. my horse is fat happy and relaxed there. We have very few rules and a nice group of people in the yard.

I agree with Hollie as we stable at the same place... All I need to do is look at my boy and I can see how happy, relaxed and good looking he is... all this happened since I moved him there.
