Hey...
ok quick question I am moving from PE to PTA and will be working at a riding stud and want to complete my SANEF while Im there. I have been sent all the registration details and the amount I have to pay and exam fees...
I am just wanting to know what are the various books you need to complete all the modules, I want to price them and take the quote to my parents as they will pay for it to a point.. I want to buy all my books for all the modules at onceso I can try get through my modules quicker.

The only books I used for my SANEF were the Pony Club's Manual of Horsemanship and the Macy and Pavord (I think thats how you spell it) Complete Veterinary Manual. The BHS Stable Management book is great too, as is their veterinary manual but its a bit more in depth than you need for SANEF (FANTASTIC book to have around though). I stay in PTA so if you have any questions or need any help just give me a shout- would be glad to help!

I completed SANEF Level 1 with those books but that was in 2004 though... the practical side to the course has become very in depth though!

Though I just have to add this... upon finishing the course, I was still awaiting my certificate of horsemastership which I completed in 2003 - I did the full course over a 2 year period. So I sent SANEF a request for the certificate via email on 18 October 2005 - I received a reply on 22 April 2010 - almost 5 years later.... sorry, this was just so funny, imagine receiving a reply 5 years later...  |

lol wow that is shocking I would be soooo bleek if i got a reply 5 years later- but then again i am having the same issues with damelin! i recieved my diploma which i comlpleted in 2007 and I did a seperate certifacte in MS programming which im still waiting for!!!
