How long does it take to complete module one via correspondence?

I think the biggest holdback is the exams: they only happen 3 times a year and if I understand right, you can't do the next module til you've passed the previous one's exam. The modules themselves should take only as long as it takes you to study and complete it, I guess.

Ok and how much does it cost to do module one?
3 times a year is a lot if you ask me..

Module one is R900- the rest are more expensive.

The next exam is in July & then again in December

Lizzy, there's about 5 modules to complete before you can be called a qualified instructor, which means it'll take about 1.5 years to qualify for the lowest level of instuctor.

So basically you call Kate, pay R900 and get the module and then sit the exam?

No, you call Kate. Get the sillabus (R150) buy your handbooks and take it from there.

Not sure when you must pay for the modules.

You can do Module 1&2 together.
If you are preparing for the exams yourself, I would sugest to get together with some who kows SANEF ways.
We all lounge, we all put saddles and blankets on horses all the time, but SANEF wants it done in a very specific way. It isn't as easy as it sounds
