An outdoor workshop will be hosted at iNyonini on the morning of Saturday 30 January 2010 by SOGA, surfing and kitesurfing instructor Stuart Barnes. The SOGA workshops were originally developed to aid surfers to improve core strength and balance, but SOGA is really useful for any sport where core strength is important, such as horseriding. The workshop will suit all ages and levels of riders from beginners keen to build a solid foundation to advanced riders aiming to improve performance. Those looking to avoid injuries or aid recovery from existing injuries will also benefit. Additionally, the participant will enjoy all the mental balance benefits of yoga. Fun, concise and highly effective exercises that target the muscles and develop core strength and balance will be practiced. They will take place both next to the pool and in the water. After the two hour workshop, you will be treated to a delicious and healthy bushveld brunch. Places are limited and booking is essential.
