Quiet, relaxed yard, only 5 other horses on the property
Great groom
Owner/manager lives on property
Choice of shavings or Kenaf (hemp) for bedding
Pricing
*R1500 basic (includes R200 of bedding, if more is used I will add to bill)
*Oat hay - R400 per month (10 bales for average horse)
*Lucerne - R140 per month (2 bales for aversge horse, fed in the evening) can feed more at owners cost
*Meal - depends entirely on the individual horse as to what it will cost per month and the brand of feed. (All the horses in my yard eat Equus cool and perform 12)
NB There will be a livery contract to be signed before horse enters property
