Posting from the WP Eventing website:
After careful consideration of the available dates from now until the end of January next year, other equine events, expected weather, expected track conditions, other Nelsons Creek events, and views and opinions received from riders and officials, we find that we really only have the 5th and 6th of December as a possible show date.
Thankfully this date has been ratified by Alan Nelson, and we are therefore cleared to go ahead.
Those competitors that wish to scratch their entries will receive their entries back, less a 20% administration fee in accordance with rule 41.4.0 of the SANEF Eventing Rules May 2008. In addition, late entries will be considered until Friday the 20th of November. Please contact Jen Preen (treasurer@wpeventing.co.za / 082 872 9992) and she will be able to assist you.
We look forward to seeing you all at a much drier Nelsons Creek for a great WP Championship on the 5th and 6th of December !
Please don’t forget that Nelsons Creek Wine Festival will still be held this weekend and that we would welcome your support at their event.

The show is going ahead, we do have enough entries but are short on funds and help due to the re-scheduling and the fact that we no longer link with the Horse and Wine Festival.
Anyone who can help in ANY way, jump judge, marshall or anything like that please contact Amy Slingsby - 072 212 1585

TP- i would phone them- and explain that you are needing to organise trucking- i heard via the grapevine that the showjumping and xcountry were both going to be on the Sunday for all classes- but that is heresay. I am so sorry that they had to postpone it- there are only 5 horses in the Junior welcome- really small classes- shame- i guess it was too much to ask to hold it over until next year- the organisers must be so disappointed- anyway it will still be amazing! Your girl was looking lovely as usual at the clinic this weekend!

The full programme for the event is on the WP Eventing website. - wpeventing.co.za Riders, if you can please also bring your own water. There is sufficient water at the grounds, just a bit of a walk.
