Ok so here is my "maybe" big and exciting news ;D! We are looking for a house in Hout Bay. Must have a main house with seperate flatlets or space for a B&B and enough space to keep 2/3 horses. We have spoken to agents in Hout Bay but if any of you know of private sales or anything, please could you let me know! No max price! Thanks  |

Pity it is there you are looking. 2 properties have just come on the market where we are, 1 would make a perfect B&B and the other (2 smallholdings away) could be the family/horse one!!!!
