AKA cushion polo. It's pretty much a make-up-your-own-rules kind of game but here's how we play. Goals are 2 uprights, 1 at each end of the field Your field can be as big or as small as you like and should be marked with ground poles or whatever you prefer. A coin is tossed to see which team starts with the pillow in hand. Starting at your decided goals(the uprights) a whistle is blown and each team races towards each other (like in a joust ) The object of the game is to pass/throw the pillow to fellow team mates in hope to score a goal (duh!) A goal is scored when the pillow touches the upright. If you have the pillow and a player from the opposite team touches you or your horse the pillow is immediatly rewarded to the other team and the game continues. The pillow can be intercepted by any member. If the pillow is dropped on the ground the referee must pick it up and it must be awarded to the OPPOSITE team that dropped it. A total score is decided upon before the game starts. EG: first team to 10

haha thanks for that Kerryn, sounds quite amusing. Can imagine a horse scared of pillows flying through the air would not enjoy this lol

This sounds like fun, although I do see myself catapulted in the air during play as my horse goes bananas at all the excitement (and the terrifying pillow)

My horse's eyes would pop out but I am going to give this to my mom and instructor, they are looking for ideas for Pony camp and I know some of our ponies will rock at this!
