'scuse the double post - I realised I posted this in the wrong place.
I am advertising one stable, because if I don't fill it with a client's horse, I'm going to wind up filling it with one I have to pay for and that is so not on!
Private yard, facilities appalling but the horses seem happy. Access to jumping arena and great outrides, and you can also school on a flat-ish section of paddock if you're feeling adventurous.
Horses are well fed, well-groomed, well-loved, and carroted up the ying yang, but other than that, they're pretty much left to get on with the important job of being horses. My groom can and does lunge, and take the horses for a hack when necessary.
Horses are bedded on straw, get ad lib eragrostis, teff in season and oat hay in season, and lucerne in the winter months. Supplements included in the livery are linseed, full fat soya (if needed), mineral and salt licks, garlic.
Stables are, for wont of a better description, "well ventilated". Paddocks have decent grazing in summer, and round bales in winter, and come with an assortment of rather pretty weeds at no extra cost.
Own farrier / instructor / chiro / vet / physio / accupuncturist/ witch doctor / horse whisperer / tribal elder welcome.
Please, no Gucci princesses or moaning minnies : I can't guarantee that your horse won't receive the occasional scratch when he has a play with the other horses, but I can guarantee I won't charge you to medicate it.
PM or email me for details.
