We are in the process of subdividing, and the last piece is up for sale. There is plenty of undergrund water, safe area, abundant birdlife, stunning views, low lowlow crime rate (soem people have been living here for 36 years) close to nature reserve, bon accord dam and OP vet nearby,if you want to have a peacful country life this is out. Pie it states 5hctr - and no ganets commission - wow!!! I presume 5 hectare and plenty spelling dodo"s!!!!!! or should that be doo doo's - I actually would be very interested if it had different neighbours, in fact I would buy it right away as we were thinking of getting a place up there!

Misty the place behind me is up for sale... though it is more pricey, but already has two lovely houses on it.

don't tempt me QSE - hubby keeps murmuring and rumbling that the work is all "up there" and we need to relocate - I am becomming deaf in my old age!
