Just to let you know, we are planning a
Benefit Tack and Wine Auction
for the
Colleen Loubser Trust Fund
Were looking to auction any tack, riding accessories or what have you. Clear out your cupboards, send any items you wish to sell, with a reserve price attached. Donations of wine gladly accepted. Profits to be donated to the the Trust Fund. Refreshments available. Viewing between 17h00 and 19h00. Auction starts promptly at Seven.
Come and grab some bargains!!!
Terms:
All items for sale to be delivered prior to the auction.
R5 bidding fee, payable on registration.
Immediate payment required.
Collection of goods not sold by no later than the following day.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage of goods.
Strictly no dogs allowed.

Dear Fellow Riders and Hunters
Colleen Loubser from Rondeberg Equestrian Centre, who a lot of you know through the Hunt, had a very serious fall off her horse late Sunday afternoon. She has very serious head injuries and was transferred by ambulance and in a coma to various state hospitals. She does not have medical aid but, as she wasn’t getting any proper assistance at the state hospitals, her husband Johann and a number of friends felt that something needed to be done urgently. They organised for her to be transferred to Milnerton Medi-Clinic where she is now in ICU under the care of an excellent Neurosurgeon. She has had scans and was sedated and placed on a ventilator to stabilise her.
This afternoon (Wednesday) the surgeon decided he had to operate and he has removed a piece of her skull to reduce the pressure on her brain and she is now back on a ventilator in ICU.
A Trust Fund has been set up on her behalf to help with the costs of the hospital and doctors. Any donations, however small, will really be appreciated as the bills are expected to be astronomical.
The account has been set up on Colleen’s behalf by Ilze Slier Attornies who will administer it on her behalf..
