im sorry, to me that rubbish, they should replace it. it was their mistake. not yours... why should you have to suffer for their stuff up?

I agree. speak directly to Darryl and tell them the gaiters were not marked as being mismatched and that you would prefer being refunded for them.
*ps. did you have a poke through the 2nd-hand section of WS? there's a mismatched pair of gaiters in there, I just cant for the life of me remember what brand they are.
I KNOW there's a pair of brown ariats in there but cant recall if they're the mismatched ones or not

If you go to Levingers (dry cleaners) they can stretch the tight one for you. I know its not ideal, but maybe its a way to salvage what you can and get some use out of them? Theres a Levingers in Fourways Mall in the bottom level and also another branch in Lonehill Shopping Centre.
