This includes: Your entry fee into the individual and team competition
Your entry fee into the turnout competition
Ground Levy
Medical and Jump Judge Levy
Any 2/3 individuals entries from the same school will be automatically combined to form a team.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. This event will be run according to SANEF Eventing Rules
2. Teams will consist of 3 riders and the best 2 scores will count. Teams of 2 are accepted but both scores will then count.
3. Teams and Individuals are divided according to Schools (Primary and High) and not age. (Primary Schools Grade 1 – 7 and High Schools Grade 8 – 12)
4. Horses or ponies may be ridden in either category.
5. All riders entered in the Team Event will also be eligible for Individual prizes.
6. All Individuals and Teams are required to be part of the riders parade.
7. A Turnout prize will be awarded to the best turned out Primary School and High School Team as well as the individuals not in a team.
8. Each school may enter a max of three teams per category
9. All prizes will be awarded at the end of the event.
10. The Cross Country course will be open for inspection on Wed 30 April from 2.00pm.
11. Skull caps, body protectors and surcingles are all compulsory for the cross country phase.
12. Dress is formal, but school blazers may be worn for the show jumping phase and turnout.
13. NO DOGS ALLOWED – not even on leads.
14. Catering will be available from THE STABLE SHOP
Neither The Riding Centre CC, The sponsors nor any judges, officials, sponsors or helpers will be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to horses, equipment, riders or spectators.
